Request a quoteAcoustic treatment should do more than control sound. Our Acoustic Art Collection transforms PET felt into expressive wall pieces, sculptural surfaces, printed artwork and playful functional objects designed to improve both the visual and acoustic character of a space.
Created for interiors where atmosphere matters, each piece combines form, material and sound absorption to make spaces feel calmer, softer and more considered. Rather than hiding acoustics within the architecture, we make them part of it. Designed to be seen. Made to be heard less.
Acoustics & well-being
A calm space starts with sound. We experience interiors with more than our eyes: sound affects concentration, conversation, comfort and the overall atmosphere of a room.
Hard walls, glazing, concrete floors and ceilings reflect sound back into the space, creating echo and reverberation. Introducing sound-absorbing PET felt helps reduce those reflections and can make an interior feel calmer and more comfortable.
Acoustic Art lets acoustics appear as art, sculpture, pattern, colour, play and form. The function is present, but the design comes first. Less visual noise. Less acoustic noise.

Relief — acoustic art with depth
Relief turns acoustic felt into a sculptural material. Precision-cut PET felt, layered compositions, carved details and dimensional forms create artwork that changes depending on light, angle and distance.
Fabrication techniques include raised surfaces, recessed forms, layered compositions, V-grooved detailing, engraving, bevelled edges, overlapping shapes, colour reveals and multi-level artwork — minimal and architectural, or bold and highly sculptural.
Designs can explore soft geometric forms, linear compositions, waves, arches, organic patterns, topographic forms, abstract artwork, botanical references and landscapes. Pieces work as single statement artworks, pairs, triptychs, modular sets or large-scale bespoke installations.

Printed artwork — a quieter way to display art
Photography, illustration, abstract artwork and bespoke graphics reproduced directly onto PET acoustic felt — artwork with an additional purpose.
Use a single statement piece, coordinated sets, diptychs, triptychs, gallery walls or panoramic artwork to create an art-led acoustic treatment across corridors, workplaces, hospitality interiors or residential spaces.
Artwork can be presented frameless for a softer contemporary aesthetic, or framed for a stronger visual boundary. Client-supplied artwork — original art, photography, corporate graphics, brand imagery, maps, typography, historical images — can also be reproduced, assessed before production for resolution, composition and scale.

Functional — designed for beautiful noise
Children's spaces should encourage imagination, movement and creativity. They are also naturally energetic and often noisy.
Our Functional Acoustic Art collection uses PET felt to create playful objects and interactive environments that introduce sound-absorbing material directly into the spaces where activity happens. Instead of asking children to interact less with their surroundings, the products become part of play itself — combining visual learning, decoration and acoustic treatment within one installation.
Particularly relevant for nurseries, schools, libraries, children's bedrooms, playrooms, waiting rooms, family areas and healthcare environments.

Minimal — quiet design, reduced to its simplest form
Simple shapes precision cut from PET felt and positioned directly onto the wall without a traditional rectangular backing panel. The surrounding wall remains visible and becomes part of the composition.
Elements include circles, half circles, arches, capsules, ovals, squares, lines, waves, pebbles, leaves and organic forms. Arrange them close together or far apart, symmetrically or randomly, across corners, around furniture or across larger feature walls.
Collections can be supplied as curated sets with a recommended arrangement, free sets to position however you choose, modular repeating sets, or bespoke compositions designed around a particular wall. Because individual elements remain separate, compositions can be expanded or adapted over time.

Bespoke acoustic art
Your idea becomes the artwork. PET felt can be cut, printed, layered, engraved, grooved and shaped — and techniques can be combined rather than limited to one process.
A custom artwork might incorporate layered PET felt, printed artwork, precision-cut shapes, V-grooved details, engraving, contrasting colours, custom typography and branding. We work with architects, designers, artists and brands to translate creative concepts into practical acoustic installations — corporate artwork, branded installations, sculptural wall pieces, artist collaborations, children's installations, maps, educational graphics and large-scale compositions.

Material & performance
Our Acoustic Art pieces are manufactured using PET acoustic felt selected for interior acoustic applications.
The final acoustic performance of any installation is influenced by material thickness, surface area, number of layers, mounting method, distance from the wall, air gap, product configuration and overall room conditions. Where a project requires a particular acoustic performance, specification should be based on the relevant tested product data.
Colours displayed online are representative only and may vary according to screen settings, lighting and material production — physical samples are recommended for colour-sensitive projects. Fixing systems vary by artwork and wall substrate; always use the recommended fixing or adhesive system for the relevant product.
