Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains what you can return and how. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything below.

Standard stock products

Plain acoustic panels bought as standard stock items, and sample packs, can be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods, then send them back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of return shipping. Full-size sheets are large and easily damaged, so please contact us first and we will advise on suitable packaging and carriers.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the goods reaching us.

Made-to-order and customised products

Products cut, printed, shaped or otherwise manufactured to your specification — including Precision Cut, Stacked, Screens, Form shapes, 300 Series tiles and printed panels — are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please check your delivery on arrival and tell us within 48 hours of anything damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, with photos if you can. We will arrange collection or replacement at our cost, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

How to start a return

Email orders@soundslikenothing.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
