Our Wall Baffles Collection transforms 12mm PET acoustic felt into dimensional wall surfaces using precision cutting and controlled folding. Each panel begins as a flat sheet: strategically positioned cuts are made into the reverse of the material, allowing selected sections to fold forward and create a three-dimensional profile across the face.

The result is a wall treatment that combines acoustic material, depth, rhythm and shadow within a single lightweight panel. Rather than adding separate fins or decorative components to the surface, the panel itself becomes the form.

Form — folded acoustic wall panels
Cut from behind. Shaped from the front. Form is created by precision-cutting the reverse of a 12mm PET acoustic panel; the controlled cuts allow sections to fold, changing a flat sheet into a dimensional acoustic surface.

The front remains visually clean while the folded geometry introduces depth, repetition, shadow, texture, direction and architectural rhythm. The result sits somewhere between an acoustic panel, a wall baffle and an architectural wall finish.

Form is not a flat graphic — its appearance is created by the interaction between material, geometry and light. As light moves across the surface, each fold creates highlights and shadows; a single-colour panel produces considerable visual variation without print or additional decorative finishes.

Vertical folds create strong upward lines and can make walls appear taller — particularly effective in reception areas, corridors, meeting rooms, hospitality, offices and retail, referencing timber battens and slatted wall systems while retaining the softer character of PET felt.
Form + colour + print
Let shape do the work. Because the dimensional geometry creates its own light and shadow, Form works particularly well in a single colour.

Monochrome — one colour lets the folded geometry become the main design feature. Tonal — closely related colours across adjoining panels create gentle transitions. Contrast — different colours highlight separate wall zones. Gradient — a sequence of colours gradually moves across a larger installation. Brand palette — colours coordinated with workplace identity and surrounding finishes.

Selected profiles can also be produced using finishes from our Printed Acoustic Panel Collection, allowing the folded geometry to interact with printed timber, stone, concrete, texture or custom artwork.
Easy to specify
Choose the profile. Choose the finish. Define the wall.

01 — Choose your Form: select a standard folded profile.
02 — Choose your colour: select from our PET felt colour collection.
03 — Choose your finish: solid colour or, where available, a printed surface.
04 — Define the area: provide wall dimensions or architectural drawings.
05 — Choose the layout: single feature, repeated panels or continuous wall composition.
06 — Bespoke if required: adjust dimensions, profile, print or layout where the project needs something more individual.
