Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed at soundslikenothing.co.uk. The seller is GMD Installations Ltd (company number 11326492), trading as Sounds Like Nothing (trading as Sounds Like Nothing), Unit 1A-1C Huntsman House, 2 Evelyn Street, London SE8 5DQ, United Kingdom, VAT number GB 311086052. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, for example where a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, and we will refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is charged separately as shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses as set out in our Shipping policy. Dispatch times are shown on each product; made-to-order items take longer than stock items. Delivery dates are estimates.
Colour and sizes
Colours on screen are indicative only and will differ from the real felt. Order a sample pack if colour matters to your project. Panel sizes are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of ±10mm. PET felt is a natural-looking material and small variations in surface texture are normal.
Made-to-order products
Cut, printed and shaped products are manufactured to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has started, or returned for change of mind. See our Returns policy.
Faults and liability
If goods are faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for installation carried out by others. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Trade and project orders
Large or bespoke orders may be quoted and supplied under separate written terms, which take precedence over these terms for that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
