Yes. You can send us a sketch, photograph, reference image or basic description. Our team can help develop the concept into a practical design suitable for production.

Can you match our company branding?

We can incorporate logos, lettering, printed graphics, brand colours and custom-cut patterns into many acoustic products. Colour matching is subject to the selected material and production method.

Can you produce a sample before the full order?

Samples and prototypes can be produced for suitable projects. Any sampling or development charges will be confirmed before work begins.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. We can provide supply-only products or a complete service including site survey, project coordination and installation. Availability and cost depend on the location, project size and complexity.

Can you work with contractors and architects?

Yes. We regularly work with professional project teams and can manufacture from drawings, elevations, schedules and supplied artwork.

What file formats can I send?

PDF drawings are suitable for initial quotations. For production, we may request CAD files or vector artwork such as AI, DXF or print-ready PDF files, depending on the product.

How long does a bespoke order take?

Lead times depend on the design, quantities, materials, sampling requirements and installation programme. We will provide an estimated production schedule with your quotation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

This depends on the product and level of customisation. We can assess one-off features as well as larger repeat-production and commercial orders.

How is bespoke work priced?

Pricing is based on the material, dimensions, quantity, design time, cutting or printing requirements, finishing, packaging, delivery and installation. Providing drawings and clear dimensions will help us prepare a more accurate quotation.
